Apple has released an official IPCC for Optus (and others) and these gives an idea of valid type-masks

16 - Enable Tethering Auth? What does this do.... Carrier has to enable Tethering... (Please contact X to enable this feature?)..

Optus one has 4 set
17 - Data + ?

Orange Frane has 3 set
7 - orange DATA + MMS + VVM
