APN & ipad

I used the APN changer when I first got my iPad and remember seeing the profile options and the Fake APN entry.

I am now running 3.2.1.

I am just about to return to the US and trying to revert my settings, but neither the webpage or email options appears to be working, and I cannot find the profile option. All I see is a web page with a config file that does not open or cannot be accessed.

I can still access the APN entry on the Cellular Data tab - do I just need to change this to "broadband", which was I think the original setting?
