When I go to create an APN it won't let me slide to yes for tethering and MMS. Is this how it's supposed to be?

I have AT&T on a 3GS

Any input?

Its not really a "slide" .. Try pressing the other side of the "slider" and it will change to a Yes. Its just a limitation of a webapp

I have the exact same problem.

How do I remove the profile and try to re-install? It won't let me remove it now.
thanks

I know Smiley  Ok I tried it again and I was able to remove the profile (first time it said removal failed)

Ok, second time installing the new profile and I scroll the wheel to "US- AT&T".

After that the APN, username and password are all filled out for me.

BUT . . . i cannot change the V3 tethering +MMS to YES - it's like it's greyed out (or the mac equivalent).  I pressed it many times, slid it, spit on it, etc

This is on a new 3GS btw.

Anyone else got this working on a 3GS?

Mine did not move to "yes" at first, try waiting a few seconds and try again.

Try sliding and just pressing the greyed out option for "yes"
I had to press it about 7 times before it moved over.

If this doesnt work, i can only assume its because you are using At&t, and i've read that it is the worst provider for MMS set-up and so on.

For deletion: settings - general - Profile settings (near the bottom) then remove - if it doesnt not remove the profile, restart your iphone and try again.  It may not look like its deleted until you reboot.
