Over the last day I have added another 40+ APN Settings for Different Countries and Carriers around the world.

If your Carrier is not listed please let me know via the application or via email (or comment on here)

I’m trying to add many more as quick as I can but please don’t ask for carriers which are already on the list (as there is no point). Also if you are going to ask for  an APN Setting for your carrier please let me know its correct name as over the last 2 days I’ve had 150 requests for different carriers but only about 1/3 of them have been valid.

    firmware 4.2.1 —> jailbreak
    causing apn setting disappear

    I’m having trouble with apn profile for
    Country : Indonesia
    Carrier : XL

    after I check it again, there’s a mistake in auto apn profile,
    its written ‘xlgprs’

    which is incorrect, it should be written “xlunlimited”
    with no password (left it blank)

    I can’t connect internet with this setting apn for carrier xl
    perhaps you can help me? 🙂

  18. It seems it is no more possible to create a full custom APN when the carrier is already in the list?
    I would need an alternate APN for Orange in France:

  22. Just want to express my gratitude for this neat trick you came up with. I am able to use a Bell ipad data sim on my unlocked iphone 4 now, running iOS 4.1 for VOIP apps. its awesome way to save me from big phone bills! And for that donations on the way.   23. Data has stopped working for me.

    I see Custom APN is now ATT rather than US ATT

    So I select that, install and …

    … am I missing a next step?

    Just got a 3gs iphone, I live in the dominican republic and want to know how to set this…
    Here Im usin a company named Viva, and Orange, we also have claro, but i dont use it, what i have right now is Viva (Viva dominicana)

  38. Hi I have just changed the APN so that I can access internet from my iphone 4s IOS5, which worked fine but I am still unable to send or receive MMS. PLEASE HELP. thanks heaps 🙂

    1. It is not possible to set MMS Settings on the iPhone via any configuration apart from manually and if you cannot see that you can’t do it unless you jailbreak the iPhone

  39. ok so when i hit the continue button it takes me to the main menu and when i hit custom apn it takes me to were i have to choose country and carrier but it wont let me select US-AT&T theres only at&t and at&t (cingular bla bla bla) is this what im sappose to be seeing cause its different from you screenshots and it wont work as well. i turn off the wifi turn on the data roaming and it doesnt work? can anyone help me or email me please!!!

      You’ll see it chooses the country automatically and then Choose AT&T

    me and my husband both have the iphone 4, currently in south africa on holiday, and we cant do anything. We bought vodacom sim cards here but it doesnt work, our carrier back in england is three mobile. we do not have the option to change the APN setting, plesae can you help me as we are here for another 4 weeks and just totally lost without anyone able to contact us. Hope you can help. Thank you.

    1. I presume your phone is carrier locked so you cannot use any others sim cards in your phone.. Some carriers you can pay to get them unlocked and you should contact three regarding this

    Thank you for your great service! I noticed however that your service does not currently support Now Mobile (UK); would it be possible that you add this carrier to your site?

    In fact, the customer service of Now Mobile advised me to click into “custom apn” and type “nowmobilenet” as the apn (or “nowmobileplanet” “if unmoderated”). Yet the layout of your website seems to have changed recently where custom input is no longer possible.

    I’ve followed all the steps to try and get the data to work with my iPhone4 but it’s still not working. Everything is installed correctly from what I can see so I’m not sure what the problem is. I’m with AT&T so I don’t need to jailbreak it. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it about four different times and nothing seems to change.

  46. Sorry if this is something I’m doing wrong, but tried the Rogers, Rogers(2), and the rogers(vpn.com) options in canada, and each time I press install it says “The UUID for the profile “APN Carrier Settings” is not unique.

    Currently is a Koodo APN installed when the iPhone 3GS was being used by the friend who’s lending it to me

  51. Palm pre2 APN settings! It keeps saying that there is no network coverage or that I need to set up my phone settings manually?
    The wap.cingular is invalid Internet Apn Settings, how about the user name or password or anything?

  57. Need new APN for carrier Alfa, country LB.
    Same as existing but with Data APN saying usb.mic1.com.lb (instead of internet.mic1.con.lb).
    Both are valid, but the first one is for data-only SIMs.
    Maybe you can name it “Alfa-3G” to avoid confusion?

  66. I have an iphone 3gs with os 5.0. I am using att gophone 50.00 unlimited in the USA. I’ve tried to follow this procedure over and over with no luck. After i shut off my wifi, I get the message:
    ” Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.”
    I’ve tried the Att, Cingular, and ATT(WAP.Cingular)
    Any suggestions?
    Do I need to do some adjustment?

    I just purchased an iphone 4s unlocked and figured out that the internet doesn’t work with att. I used your APN changer and it is now fine (USA). But I am really curious why it doesn’t work normally and we need to do these cumbersome tricks?! It’d be appreciated if you give us more information

    mobile” and “FR Laposte mobile”. You may refer to it as only “FR La Poste
    Mobile”.

    Some months ago, one could enter the APN settings manually using your software.
    But it is no longer the case, so please commit this ASAP 🙂

    My carrier keep charging me even if I don’t open any internet-related application
    the only way I can make it stop is turning airplane mode on.. nobody can reach me unless I call them.. so even more.. I’m fucked up and.. cost me much more money.. is there any solution you can provide me? any help will be appreciated.

    I believe the iPhone APN changer works with iOS 5 (as of 05/10/2011 and updated website as of 12/10/2011). Would you be able to update the APN changer and works with iOS 5.0.1?

    try both ways, with SIM and without SIM, changed country to Itay, choose Wind as the APN, installed APN, waited few seconds, restarted but it still says no service, the SIM works on my iPad 2 but it will not on my iPhone 4 with iOS 5.0.1.

    Do i need to wait few hours for replication or am i doing something wrong. Please help, your assistance is greatly appreciated.

  104. FIXED IT!!!!

    First I have a iphone4 jailbroken running firmware 04.11.08 version 5.0.1 gophone with 50$ NO DATA

    I was having problems with getting ANY of the APNs to work…But i figured it out thru a friend that used to work for at&t so i thought I would share to help anyone out…
    Go to your setting>general>Reset>Network setting>Reset…Once your phone resets delete the current APN app download a new on using the wap.cingular>install and reboot your phone once more making sure ur wifi is off BEFORE rebooting your phone…then log in and TA-DAH!!

    1. The Fake APN used to Disable Data but there really is no use for it these days as Apple has given the option in the latest firmware to disable it

  116. Is there any way to tell the country location of the server from the APN?
    E.G., data.lycamobile.com is the US APN. data.lycamobile.co.UK is the UK APN.
    Can I tell whether the US server is also in the UK?

    1. APN are just words and some carriers put their country code at the end but most don’t . They are not “servers” as such just a word which allows you to connect.
